UNIMAS ODL Guidelines

Student registration process (ODL Mode)


  1. Submit your application through https://oas.ia.unimas.my
  2. You will receive an offer letter via e-mail.
  3. You need to make confirmation acceptance of the offer via https://cgsweb.unimas.my/PGeDaftar
  4. Payment can be made via: Online Banking - Maybank Islamic Berhad : 561239608898
  5. Upon payment, you will need to email the following payment details to masterbycoursework@unimas.my:
    • Payment Slip
    • IC number / Passport number
  6. After payment has been verified, the registration pin number will be emailed to you.
  7. You will need to register as a new student via https://cgsweb.unimas.my/PGeDaftar/daftar/EDloginDaftar.jsp
  8. Submit all the relevant documents based on the checklist below to oazaha@unimas.my
    • Copy of offer letter
    • Copy of tuition fee payment slip
    • e-registration slip
    • Copy of scholarship/financial aid offer letter (if relevant)
    • Photocopy of Identity Card
    • Copies of Academic Certificates
    • Health Examination Report Form (if necessary)
    • Student pledge Form (Borang Ikrar Pelajar)
    • UNIMAS ICT Code of Conduct Form (Borang UNIMAS ICT Code of Conduct)

Unimas Portal & Unimas Now


Once you received an offer letter, you will receive a matric number. This matric number will be your UNIMAS Identity. 

After you registered as a new student, you can login to UNIMAS Portal using UNIMAS Identity via https://theuniversity.unimas.my/login.

You can use your UNIMAS Identity to access all the online services for UNIMAS Student. 
 

UNIMAS NOW

UNIMAS Now is the UNIMAS official mobile app!

Via this application, you will be notified about all the latest events and announcements in Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS).

Academic Resources


Academic Resources are only for UNIMAS registered student. You need to login to e-Learning Platform to access the academic resources specific to your programme.
Corporate Master of Business Administration (ODL Mode)

Student Orientation


First time Open and Distance Learning students are required to complete the ODL e-Learning Platform Orientation course.

The online orientation course will show up in your class list under 'My Courses' in the e-Learning platform. The online orientation is to helps student to familiarize them with Moodle environment.

Semester, Courses & Examination


Student need to register semester before they can register courses.

Semester Registration and Courses can be done by using desktop/laptop at any place with Internet Access.
